Payment Options

If you do not have a regular account with MicroSabio, we expect that all purchases of goods and services will be paid in advance. On receipt of your payment, we will send you the software license you have purchased along with an invoice showing the item(s) purchased, date, price paid, etc.

Credit Card and PayPal Payments

We accept all major credit cards, and process them through PayPal. All of your credit card details are handled by PayPal and their secure servers; no credit card information is transmitted via email or voice, and none of it comes to MicroSabio. We simply receive the funds you have authorized while PayPal does all the processing. We believe this provides you with a very high level of security, while relieving us of the responsibility of handling credit card data.

Here’s how the credit card / PayPal process works:

  1. You send us an email message that includes: 
    a.   (If we don’t already have it:) Your company name, billing address, and the “email address of record” that we should use for billing and invoicing. 
    b.   (If purchasing ZTERM:) User codes and check digits. 
    c.   Confirmation that you’ve seen this page, that you understand the process, and that we should proceed.
  2. We have PayPal send you a preliminary invoice and request for payment. This message will look like a PayPal message, but will have a “sent by” address of <something> 
  3. You pay PayPal using your existing PayPal account or a credit card. 
  4. PayPal notifies us that your payment has been received. 
  5. We send you the software licenses or whatever it was that you purchased. 
  6. We send you the official invoice as a record of the transaction.
